ด่าน ! ทุนจาก IUPHAR-Ed

The Education Section of the International Union of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology (IUPHAR-Ed) hereby invites educators in clinical pharmacology/therapeutics from developing countries to apply for a travel bursary of $1,000 (USD) to attend the EACPT Summer School on Education in Amsterdam on 23-25 August 2012 (http://www.eacpt-amsterdam.nl/). In addition registration fees will be waived for the candidate.

The candidate will be able to attend three of the eight workshops on education and will be expected to give a plenary lecture on "Educational challenges in resource-poor countries". Applicants for this travel award should provide a concise application (400 words max) addressing the following:
(1) experience and achievements in clinical pharmacology education,
(2) the key themes of their proposed talk on the title above, and
(3) how attendance at the summer school will be of value to the personal professional development of the applicant and how this will be disseminated to colleagues in his/her home institution.
The applicant should also provide (4) a summary of expenses for travel, accommodation, subsistence and any other necessary expenses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. The travel grant will be available only as a cheque upon arrival at the summer school and no money will be provided in advance (or in addition). Therefore, the candidate should also (5) confirm that all advance payments and any costs in addition to the travel grant will be paid for from other financial resources available to the applicant.

ภญ.รศ.ดร.สุพัตรา ศรีไชยรัตน์ แห่งคณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย คือนายกสมาคมเภสัชวิทยาคนต่อไป ซึ่งจะเริ่มทำงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2555นี้

สุดท้ายนี้ ดิฉันขอเชิญชวนสมาชิกทุกท่านเข้าร่วมประชุมธุรการของสมาคมฯในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 23 มีนาคม 2555 เวลา 13:15-13:45 ณ ห้องประชุมสี สิริสิงห อาคารสมเด็จย่า คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเสนอชื่อผู้รั้งตำแหน่งนายกสมาคมฯคนต่อไป

สรุปผลงานของคณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคมเภสัชวิทยาแห่งประเทศไทย วาระปี พ.ศ. 2553-2554

นายกสมาคมฯเป็นผู้แทนเข้าร่วมประชุมธุรการของ International Union of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology ซึ่งจัดขึ้นในการประชุม 16th World Congress on Basic and Clinical Pharmacology ระหว่างวันที่ 17-23 กรกฎาคม 2553 ณ กรุงโคเปนฮาเกน ซึ่งสมาคมเภสัชวิทยาของประเทศญี่ปุ่นได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เป็นประเทศเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมครั้งที่ 18 ในปีค.ศ. 2018 ณ เมืองเกียวโต
ร่วมแสดงนิทรรศการ กับสภาสมาคมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทยฯ(สสวทท.)ในงานมหกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นที่ Bitec บางนา ระหว่างวันที่ 7-23 สิงหาคม 2553 โดยจัดทำโปสเตอร์แนะนำวิชาเภสัชวิทยาและสมาคมเภสัชวิทยาแห่งประเทศไทย การพัฒนายา รวมทั้งตั้งแสดงแบบจำลองการทดสอบความจำและภาวะวิตกกังวลในสัตว์ทดลอง
ร่วมกับภาควิชาเภสัชวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดการอบรมความรู้เรื่องโรคอ้วนแก่เยาวชน ณ โรงเรียนขอนแก่นวิทยายน 2 ในวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2553 โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสสวทท.
